My husband Tansri Zainal and I would like to thank you for the service provided while staying at the Hotel on 25 & 26/3/24. Upon our arrival on 25/3/24 at 3.00pm, we were informed that Ramadan Iftar was full and only the stairwell was available. Since my husband uses a wheelchair, I refused. But due to the concern of their Hotel Employee, Pn. Suaibah and Pn. Rahimah, I have been given a seat in the front. Many thanks to all the hotel employees who gave cooperation and service. Iftar food has a variety of dishes and is delicious

Close to the beach and street food stalls were within walking distance. The KTCC mall was about 7 mins walk away.. staff were friendly and helpful. Food was good. Room spacious.

AC was function well. Comfortable room, nice tv channels. Spacious pool for kids. Variety food for breakfast! I love it!!

The location. Right in city center but still accessible to the beach. The mall also within walking distance and easy to go anywhere

The facilities is superb despite its an old hotel. Lovely place. Near the beach. I walked to nearest night market on certain day.

One thing that I keep on staying here is the location and location. Friendly and ever helpful staff! Always look forward to the breakfast for Nasi Dagang.

to be honest. because this hotel is quite old, i didnt have high expectation. but the room was surprisingly proper. the design was classic but it doesn't feel like an old room. it was also clean and spacious.
